The Young Talent Program is the Secil Group’s new trainee program. It’s a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to be placed on a 12-month program covering the group’s various geographies.
This program has been designed to boost the growth of young talent, contributing directly to the fulfilment of the objectives set out in our Ambition 2025 – Sustainable Growth agenda.
We encourage internal and external applications* from multiple geographies and academic backgrounds. If you have completed your master’s degree in the last two years and have up to two years’ professional experience, you are eligible to apply for the program.

Automation Manager
Holder of a degree in automatic electrical engineering since 2002, my journey began in 2003 when I joined SCG. I had the honor of leading electrical maintenance for 10 years, and since 2017, I have been working on automation and digitization at SCG. As the manager of several projects, including SNCC upgrade and Industry 4.0, I have absorbed as much as I have received and then shared my knowledge. The major project of the ongoing electrical rehabilitation of the cooking line is an impressive illustration of collaboration within today's SCG: One team, One goal.

Mechanical Engineer
In 2019, I joined the Secil Tunisia team as a mechanical engineer in the maintenance department. My few years within the company have allowed me to develop new skills and collaborate with exceptionally talented colleagues. One of the highlights of my career was contributing to the BK3 project, a significant challenge that we successfully met with outstanding results. My professional ambition continually drives me to acquire new skills to seize further opportunities within the SECIL group.
