Since privatization, we have continued to develop our activities and modernize our equipment with the aim of always producing quality cements with total respect for the environment. We offer a wide range of Portland cements known under the trade name “ENNAKHIL” to satisfy the most demanding needs of our customers. Each type of cement is produced according to the appropriate chemical composition of the raw materials with specific complementary additives to meet particular uses such as residential construction, the construction of engineering structures, underground works or the production of concrete subjected to aggressive environments.

CEM I 42,5 N

CEM I 42.5 N Portland cement is a high-quality, high-performance product that is widely used in civil engineering works and in the production of high-strength concrete. It is particularly suitable for works requiring very high strength in the first few days after use. Main applications:
    • Masonry
    • Ordinary concrete (reinforced, lightly reinforced or unreinforced)
    • Prefabricated concrete products (beams, girders, large surface elements…)
    • Stabilization of non-sulfated soils
    • Large mass works (dams, roads…)
    • Foundations in non-sulfated soils.

CEM I 42,5 N SR-3

CEM I 42.5 N-SR 3 Portland cement is a high-quality, high-performance product that is particularly suitable for use in aggressive environments.

Main applications:

    • Marine works
    • Works in environments containing salt water
    • Foundation concrete in sulfated soils (sulfate ion content greater than 6 g/liter)
    • Works in soil with medium or high sulfate content
    • Tiling and sulfated floor coverings
    • High performance concrete

 

CEM II/A-L 32,5 N

CEM II/A-L 32.5 N Limestone Portland Cement is a very versatile product. Combining good workability and good strength, its characteristics allow it to be used in concrete of different strength classes and in prefabrication.

Main applications:

    • Masonry
    • Ordinary concrete (unreinforced or lightly reinforced)
    • Unreinforced concrete prefabricated products (block, joists…)
    • Stabilization of non-sulfated soils

CEM II/A-L 42,5 R

CEM II/A-L 42,5R cement is a very versatile product, combining good workability and good strength. Its characteristics allow it to be used in concretes of different strength classes and in prefabrication.

Main applications:

    • Ready-mixed or site-mixed concrete of medium or high strength.
    • Concrete with the use of prestressing at a young age.
    • Structures with rapid formwork removal.
    • Prefabricated concrete products in reinforced concrete (beam, girder…).
    • Stabilization of non-sulfated soils.
    • Foundations in non-sulfated soils.

CEMII/B-L 32,5 N

CEM II/A-L 42,5R cement is a very versatile product, combining good workability and good strength. Its characteristics allow it to be used in concretes of different strength classes and in prefabrication.

Main applications:

    • Mortars and unreinforced concrete.
    • Mortars for laying, coating, and repair.
    • Unreinforced concrete prefabricated products (blocks, pipes, etc.).
    • Stabilization of non-sulfated soils.
    • Foundations in non-sulfated soils.

CEM I 42.5 R bulk for export to Europe

CEM I 42.5 R cement is a type of cement that develops initial compressive strengths (at 2 days) that are approximately equal to half of its final strengths developed at 28 days.

Main applications:

    • Reinforced concrete with accelerated formwork removal
    • Highly stressed reinforced concrete
    • Prefabricated concrete products (beams, girders, large surface elements)
    • Large mass works (dams, roads)
    • Works requiring exceptional mechanical performance
    • Foundation concrete in non-sulfated soils

Cement Shipment :

Our cement is sold in two forms, bulk and bagged, for local and export sales.

In bulk, our cement is loaded directly at the base of the silos into tankers.

It can also be packaged in bags (or Big-Bags) and transported by lorry on platforms.

Locally, and in order to optimise the carbon weight of transport, we favour rail transport via the SNCFT to serve the areas of southern Tunisia, thus limiting the impact of transport on the environment.

The proximity of the port of Gabès, 7 km from the plant, encourages export sales by sea (bulk carriers), which is also an excellent alternative for protecting the environment.
